Tongliao Dacheng Farming Technology Development Co., Ltd. is located in agricultural park of Mulitu Town in Horqin District, Tongliao City, Inner Mongolia with 304 National Highway and Thongchi Expressway passing by. The company was founded in July, 2007 and began to operate mainly in mushroom production. Since 2009, the company has invested a total of 50 million yuan in planning and construction of the production park with an area of 130 acres, including production area for mushroom cultivation bag, cultivation area, mushroom zone, processing and packaging area, mushroom research center, food processing and integrated office building. The project has built a high level workshop covering 30,000 square meters. It also introduces advanced production line with a production capacity of 40,000 cultivation bags per day and has achieved intensive and steady annual production.
 

To the present, varieties of edible mushroom species are increased from the single pleurotus eryngii type to a variety of mushrooms including flammulina velutipes, Ganoderma, Coprinus comatus, oster mushroom, agaric, nameko, pleurotus cornucopiae and other varieties. The production per day is increased from 1 ton to 10 tons, product quality and production capacity has been steadily increased. The company is growing into a large scale company and takes the leading position in Tongliao in mushroom industry.  

In 2011, the company created a pioneering business model based on the current status of mushroom industry and its advantages to promote mushroom production technology leading the farmers and herdsmen to achieve prosperity. The model is called "Wealthy homeland". 10 million yuan was invested at the beginning to build an area of fifty acres of mushroom industrial incubator named "Wealthy homeland" using "company + base + cooperatives + farmer" approach. 40 industrial production buildings of pleurotus eryngii have been built in "Wealthy homeland" project integrating production and living place. Each building covers an area of 200 square meters including 60 square meters of living room, and is equipped with a full range of intelligent production control equipments. Now the daily production capacity is up to 5 tons of fresh mushroom and farmers could obtain a net income of about 5-8 million every year. Due to the success of the "Wealthy homeland" mode, leaders from the government, party committee and livestock department inspected the company for several times. The company has been awarded the "Leading enterprise in agricultural industrialization" by Tongliao government. Inner Mongolia University identifies the company as its “internship and employment base". In July in the same year, the company hosted the "Financial Supporting Conference in the Autonomous Region" and the "The Tenth Term of Trade Fair for National New Mushroom Products and New Technology". In September in the same year, the "Opening-up and Transformation Entrepreneurship Promotion Conference" was held by Tongliao city, and Dacheng is listed as a good example. Leaders from government departments at city, district and county levels inspected the company and praised highly of its “mushroom production business model integrating production and living.

To lead more farmers to become rich, based on the successful business model named "Wealthy homeland", the company sets its ultimate goal to take "developing modern agriculture through science and technology and leading farmers to become rich" as its central guiding policy, respond positively to the policies of "18th CPC National Congress", promote rural construction, stimulate farmer entrepreneurship, increase farmers' employment, improve farmers' living condition and improve farmers' living standards. The company invested 60 million yuan in initiating the planning and construction of 1000 acres of "Horchin Village" since May 2012.
