Founded in 1996, Jiangsu Jiangnan Biotech Co., Ltd is located in Imperial Town, Danyang City, Jiangsu Province of China. 
After 20 years of sustained development, it has grown to a provincial key agricultural leading enterprise that integrates R&D of mushroom technology, strain breeding, mushroom processing, marketing and technical training into one. 
Now, Jiangnan Company owns 315 staffs, industrialized base of Enoki mushroom, production and processing base of Straw mushroom and mushroom residue fertilizer base cover the gross area of 305 mu, more than 5 technical mushroom platforms have been successively built by the company, 
In addition, the company also owns production workshop of bottle-mode industrialized Enoki mushroom and industrialized production workshop of Straw mushroom which respectively occupies over 45,000 and 25,000 square meters.
In 2014, gross production and processing volume on Enoki mushroom, Straw mushroom, Cordyceps sinensis and other mushrooms came to above 21,600 tons in Jiangsu Jiangnan Biotech Co., Ltd, the same year, project of Anniversary High-efficient Industrialized Application of Superior Straw Mushroom implemented by the company acquired National Second Prize of Scientific and Technological Progress.
Over recent 5 years, Jiangnan Company has applied for over 56 patents and set 8 provincial standards.
Mr. Jiang Jianxin, chairman of Jiangnan Company, has also been cordially interviewed by General Secretary Xi Jinping, Premier Li Keqiang and Party and state leaders in China.
