Pastoral Industry (Liaoning) Co., Ltd was founded in 2002; registered capital amount is 26 million Yuan(Chinese currency). By the end of December of 2010, the total asset amount is 343 million Yuan. And the reputation of banking rating is AAA class (Top class reputation level in banking system of China) for four years. Now we have owned four modern factories of producing mushroom, R&D center and other several new factories are building at the moment. So far, Pastoral Industry (Liaoning) Co., Ltd is the largest producer of mushroom in China. In 2007, it was the largest amount of exporting fresh mushroom in China. In 2009, it was the largest producer of fresh mushrooms with industrialization producing in China. From 2010., it is the largest company of producing fresh mushroom with industrialization producing in China（with single varietal）, and was voted the 2nd chairman of the CEFA (China Edible Fungi Association- CEFA) for 3 times (from 2004 till now). The combination of biological engineering technology & modern industrial methods are used by our company producing mushrooms with industrialization, standardization and automation. We have been operating business with accurate option, great investment and high level starting; and imported new varieties mushroom seed and fulfill the defect for Chinese market. "Industrialization producing technology of brown mushroom (Agaricus bisporus)" wined the national invention patent award; we have owned independent intellectual property rights. And we have wined Science and Technology Progress Award provincial and national for times. Pastoral Industry (Liaoning) Co., Ltd always pays attention to international new production technology of edible fungi and have found R&D center in order to develop new production and new technology of edible fungi. Every year we always invite foreign experts of edible fungi to guide technology and for production technology, we always keep in the first position for international and internal.
So far there are five large-scale completed production lines of mushroom totally in China, and our company has four of them. The four complementary lines have taken strong capability of production to fit seasonal effected and have stable production around year. We have been being the largest and the most stable mushroom’s base in Asia.

Pastoral produces the mushroom mainly needs crop straw and livestock stool. After we harvested mushroom, the scrap of produced mushroom was made organic fertilizers by our special workshop and sell to local farmers with reasonable prices. We have taken completed re-circulating economy of agriculture, built the integer chain of re-circulating economy of agriculture and take better economic benefits and social benefits.

The domestic market: We have set up some selling centers in several metropolitan cities, just like Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Shenyang and so on. Through these selling centers, our products have occupied markets in most huge and medium size cities of China. Till now, we have over 200 chain selling branches as marketing net. The selling method is wholesaled dominated, direct distributor for restaurant, supermarket and group purchase as assistant method. Our products are purchased strongly by customers with stable increasing in the market of every area of China.
The abroad market: For fresh mushroom, we have sold to Hong Kong, Macau, Japan, Korea, Singapore and so on dominated. For dry mushroom, we have sold to European and North American markets.
