Baoshan Fuqun, the only Chinese enterprise that achieved the year-round Shiitake production and all-day fruiting. Baoshan Fuqun Agricultural Technology Co., Ltd. located in Yunnan was found in October, 2010, it covers the land of 1050 mu. The registered fund was 31 million CNY. At present, it is the largest agriculture company in Yunnan doing the business of Shiitake production, processing, export and research. The main business of this company is edible mushroom production and processing. It owns domestic advanced production techniques, processing equipment and marketing system. The annual production and processing volume of fresh and dried Shiitake is 35 thousand tons. In 2012, Baoshan Fuqun Co., Ltd achieved the sale income of 158.35 million CNY and the export profit of 3.33 million CNY.
Baoshan Fuqun Co., Ltd. has already operated for seven years, it develops based on Shiitake production. It owns two standard mushroom fruiting base which is located at the altitude of 1700 meters; it is the only mushroom fruiting base that can produce one mushroom species all year round. Besides, the substrate used by Baoshan Fuqun is the local forest wastes, deep underground mineral water and drinking water are all used for guarantee the production requirement of organic food. The main food from Baoshan Fuqun includes fresh Shiitake, Black fungus, fresh, instant and canned deep-processing food. 
Baoshan Fuqun Co., Ltd. pays a lot of attention to technique innovation and cooperation. It established several research and experiment bases, developed production techniques on Shiitake production. Recent years, Baoshan Fuqun declared three patents, two of them are patent for invention.
