With the help of government and relevant departments, the factory, which is located in a village in Qianxi, was built in the end of 2013. The total area is 1,000 acres, with a total construction area of 160,000 square meters, among which workshop area is 94,400 square meters and office building area and living area is 64,000 square meters. A total investment is 1.1 billion RMB.
ZhongDe Food Co., the overall project developed in three phases: Phase I,the project of mushroom workshop with the production of 100,000 per day and the projects of maitake of 10,000 square meters; Phase II, the cultivation of edible fungi(including maitake) ; Phase III,the deep processing of maitake, such as the extraction of high-glycopeptide, the production of organic fertilizer and organic feed.
Since introducing advanced production equipment and processes including bacteria cultivation, selection of raw materials, bagging, inoculation,cultivation and fruiting, the production line is mechanized and automated,which save energy,protect environment and improve labor productivity. Without the limitations of the external environment, the factory can produce mushrooms all year round.This project has been considered as key projects of modernization of agriculture.
Chung Tak Food Co., Ltd. put into operation, and promote industrial upgrading national chestnut mushroom, so chestnut mushroom cultivation, production from the past, the traditional cropping patterns into short shelf standardization, intelligence, a new model of cultivation factory. According to preliminary estimates, the project full production, annual production of 10,000 tons of fresh goods chestnut mushroom, including 6,500 tons of fresh vegetables as sales, 3,500 tons as deep processing of health care products and pharmaceutical raw materials. At current prices, the annual sales income of 945 million RMB enterprises, annual taxes of 134 million RMB, an average annual net profit of 405 million RMB. On the other hand, can solve the employment of rural labor, increase income people. After the project is put into operation, hiring local labor jobs more than 2,000 people. While also through market window effect, the local characteristics of agriculture to the country, out of Asia, resulting in a wider range of economic and social benefits.
