Ingredients: dried White Fungus, a snow pear, medlar 10g, rock candy 30g
Cooking method:
1. Soak White Fungus for at least 24 hours in advance.
2. Tear White Fungus into pieces, remove their roots.
3. Remove the core of snow pear and cut it into pieces.
4. Soak the medlar in warm water.
5. Put snow pear, White Fungus into pressure cooker and add rock candy.
6. Add much water and boil till see gum exudation.
