1.Main ingredients: yam 400g, Black Fungus 150g.
2.Condiments: one teaspoon of salt, one teaspoon of aginomoto, one teaspoon of cooking wine, half teaspoon of oyster sauce, vegetable oil 40g, some starch, onion segments and ginger slices.
3.Cooking method
① pare, wash and slice the yam, put into boiling water, ladle from the pot and put into cold water.
② soak and wash Black Fungus, then break them into small pieces, put into boiling water for 1 minute, ladle out and put into cold water.
③ Heat the pot and add oil, fry onion segments and ginger slices, add oyster sauce , yam, Black Fungus and cooking wine, salt and then fry them, finally thicken with the mixture of starch and water and add aginomoto.
