1.Main ingredients: tofu, dried Mushroom,green garlic, pork bone soup
2.Auxiliary material: oil, dark soy sauce, cooking wine, chopped green onion, bruised ginger, minced garlic, anise condiment, cassia, pepper
3.Cooking method:
① soak dried Mushroom, prepare two green garlic.
② cut tofu into pieces,put into the hot water for a short while and take out and put into cold water.
③ cut Mushroom into 4 pieces,cut green garlic into segments.
④ cook tofu with oil in the condition of hot pot and soft fire, cook till underside turns into brown, turn over and get out of the pot.
⑤ stir chopped green onion, bruised ginger and pepper until feel fragrant, put Mushroom and cooking wine, pork bone soup, finally put tofu, dark soy sauce in moderate heat.
⑥ At last put green garlic and take out from the pot.
