According to mushroom quotation provided by Agricultural & Sideline Products Wholesale Market of Zibo City of Shandong Province, on July 28, Shiitake mushroom and King oyster mushroom are 2 varieties that show price fall.    

1.Price of Shiitake mushroom has dropped from 9 to 8.6 CNY per kg, indicating 4% of decline range.

2.Price of King oyster mushroom has dropped from 6 to 5.8 CNY per kg, indicating 3% of decline range.

On the contrary, on July 28, Enoki mushroom, Brown Shimeji mushroom, White beech mushroom and Seafood mushroom are 4 varieties that show price rise.

1.Price of Enoki mushroom has risen from 4.75 to 5.75 CNY per kg, indicating 21% of increase range.

2.Price of Brown Shimeji mushroom has risen from 8.33 to 9.17 CNY per kg, indicating 10% of increase range.

3.Price of White beech mushroom has risen from 8.33 to 9.17 CNY per kg, indicating 10% of increase range.

4.Price of Seafood mushroom has risen from 7.5 to 8 CNY per kg, indicating 6% of increase range.

“Price of Superior Shiitake mushroom, Button mushroom, Agrocybe cylindracea and Oyster mushroom is respectively at 17 CNY, 10 CNY, 12 CNY and 9 CNY per kg,” introduces person in charge of the market warmly.
