According to mushroom quotation provided by Shaanxi Hujiamiao Vegetable Wholesale Market, on June 10, Oyster mushroom and Button mushroom are 2 varieties that show price fall.
1.Price of Oyster mushroom has dropped from 7 to 3.75 CNY per kg, indicating 46% of decline range.

2.Price of Button mushroom has dropped from 11.2 to 10 CNY per kg, indicating 10% of decline range.

On the contrary, on June 10, Cordyceps militaris, White beech mushroom, Agrocybe cylindracea, Brown Shimeji mushroom, Seafood mushroom, Drumstick mushroom and Stropharia rugosoannulata are 7 varieties that show price rise.

1.Price of Cordyceps militaris has risen from 14 to 16 CNY per kg, indicating 14% of increase range.

2.Price of White beech mushroom has risen from 8.34 to 9.17 CNY per kg, indicating 9% of increase range.

3.Price of Agrocybe cylindracea has risen from 7.8 to 8 CNY per kg, indicating 2% of increase range.

4.Price of Brown Shimeji mushroom has risen from 8.34 to 9.17 CNY per kg, indicating 9% of increase range.

5.Price of Seafood mushroom has risen from 6.3 to 6.5 CNY per kg, indicating 3% of increase range.

6.Price of Drumstick mushroom has risen from 10 to 12 CNY per kg, indicating 20% of increase range.

7.Price of Stropharia rugosoannulata has risen from 20 to 23 CNY per kg, indicating 15% of increase range.

“Price of Superior Shiitake mushroom, Shiitake mushroom, King oyster mushroom, Enoki mushroom, Black fungus and Auricularia polytricha is respectively at 15 CNY, 9 CNY, 4.5 CNY, 4 CNY, 8 CNY and 6 CNY per kg,” introduces manager of Shaanxi Hujiamiao Vegetable Wholesale Market warmly.
