Science：The LED technology was applied to the edible mushroom field

At present, the Cross-strait LED Application Innovation Forum 2014 was held in Xiamen. LED specialists said that different growing period of plants need different quality of light. According to that, the LED technology will be widely applied to the fields such as edible mushroom for promoting agricultural development.
It was said that utilizing LED technology to cultivate mushroom can save 90% energy compared with incandescent or fluorescent, which improved the mushroom commodity and better quality. Countries like South Korea had generalized the LED technology to the edible mushroom industry field.
