Ingredients:
A handful of Straw mushrooms
3-4 Shiitake mushrooms
A corn
Steps:
1. Rinse Straw mushrooms under running water to remove the impurities, then cut in halves.
2. Rinse off the corn and then roughly cut into segments.
3. Remove the bottom portion of Shiitake mushrooms, then coarsely cut the caps into slices.
4. Heat the wok, drizzle with oil, when hot, drop in Straw mushrooms, Shiitake mushroom slices and stir over high flame, then combine with two bowls of water and bring it into a boil.
5. Let corn segments join in, simmer for at least half an hour.
6. Finally season with a pinch of salt and mix well. Serve and enjoy.
