Ingredients:
A handful (pack)of Enoki mushrooms
2-3 eggs
A handful of chopped onion
Condiments: Oil, salt, soy sauce
Cooking steps:
1. Cut off the bottom portion of Enoki mushrooms, then rinse and tear into pieces.
2. Break the eggs, combine with a pinch of salt and then stir well.
3. Heat the wok, add oil, pour in egg liquid and fry until caky.
4. Turn over it, go on the heat for another 1-2 minutes, then break into chunks and remove from the wok.
5. In the wok, drizzle with oil, drop in chopped onion and fry till fragrant. Then combine with Enoki mushrooms and scrambled egg chunks.
6. Lightly season with soy sauce if you like. Serve and enjoy.
