Ingredients:
3 fresh White mushrooms
A broccoli
A carrot
Condiments: Oyster sauce, salt and chicken powder
Cooking steps:
1. Rinse off White mushrooms, then cut into slices. Rinse off the broccoli, cut off the root and then break into chunks with hands. After that, go blanch of the two ingredients.
2. Peel the carrot and coarsely slice up, then set aside.
3. Heat the wok, add oil, when hot, drop in White mushroom slices, broccoli chunks and toss about for above 3 minutes.
4. Combine with sliced carrot and go on the heat for another 2-3 minutes.
5. Adjust the taste with a dash of salt, chicken powder, a spoonful of oyster sauce and stir evenly. Serve and enjoy.
