Ingredients:
A pack of Enoki mushroom
A carrot
A handful of Black fungi
Chopped shallot
Condiments: Salt, cooking wine, sugar, vinegar, light soy sauce
Easy-to-follow steps:
1. Cut the bottom 2-3 cm off of Enoki mushrooms, then tear apart. Peel the carrot and then coarsely slice up.
2. Soak Black fungus ahead of time, then cut into thin slices and set aside.
3. Go blanch of all ingredients.
4. In a wok, add oil, once hot, drop in sliced carrot, Black fungus and frequently fry until tender, then combine with Enoki mushrooms and go on for another 3-5 minutes.
3. Adjust the taste with a dash of salt and sugar, a spoonful of cooking wine, vinegar, light soy sauce and mix well. Then remove from the heat.
4. If desired, scatter with a handful of chopped shallot. Serve and enjoy.
