Ingredients:
A handful of Pholiota nameko
A potato
Chopped onion
Condiments: Salt and chicken powder
Cooking directions:
1. Peel the potato, cut into slices and then soak in water.
2. Rinse off Pholiota nameko under running water to remove the impurities.
3. Heat the wok, add oil, once hot, add chopped onion and fry till fragrant, then drop in potato slices, Pholiota nameko and go on the heat for at least 5 minutes.
4. Season to taste with a dash of salt, chicken powder and mix evenly. Serve and enjoy.
