Ingredients:
A handful of White beech mushrooms
A hot green pepper
Minced garlic
Condiments: oil, oyster sauce, salt
Easy-to-follow directions:
1.Cut off the root of White beech mushroom, go blanch and then ladle out and set aside.
2.Go seed of the green pepper, rinse off before slicing up.
2. In a wok, add oil, once hot, drop in minced garlic and stir till fragrant, then add sliced green pepper and toss about on high flame.
3. Finally let White beech mushrooms join in, lightly season with a dash of salt and oyster sauce. Serve and enjoy.
