Ingredients:
A handful of of dried Shiitakes
2 pack of Japanese Tofu
Condiments: Sugar, cooking wine, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, starch, sugar
Directions:
1. Soak dried Shiitake mushrooms in cold water ahead of time, thoroughly rinse off, remove the impurities and coarsely slice up.
2. Lightly remove the packing of Japanese Tofu, then cut into thick slices or chunks.
3. In a wok, drizzle it with oil, once hot, drop in Japanese tofu slices and stir till both sides are golden. Then remove out of the wok and set aside.
4. In a bowl, prepare the sauce with a spoonful of oyster sauce, light soy sauce, cooking wine, a pinch of sugar and mix evenly.
5. Heat the wok again, add Shiitake mushroom slices and toss about till soft, then combine with fried Japanese tofu slices and let the sauce join in.
6. Finally thicken it with the mixture of water and starch. Serve and enjoy.
