Try it today: Stir-fried White beech and Brown Shimeji mushroom with pepper

Ingredients:
A pack of White beech and Crab mushroom (Brown Shimeji mushroom)
Half a green and red pepper
A handful of fresh shallots
A pinch of salt and olive oil
Cooking Steps:
1. Cut off the root of the two mushrooms, rinse off and squeeze off excess moisture.
2. Go seed of the green and red pepper, then rinse and thoroughly cut into slices.
3. In a wok, heat the oil over medium and high flame. Then drop in mushrooms, sliced red and green pepper, toss about for 3 minutes or so.
4. Season to taste with a dash of salt and stir well. Garnish with a handful of fresh shallots. Serve and enjoy.
