Ingredients:
250g fresh Boletes
1 green and red pepper
A few garlic slices
Condiments: Salt, light soy sauce and olive oil
Cooking steps:
1. Remove the dirts and weeds on Bolete with hands, then cut off the bottom portion with a ceramic knife. Rinse off Boletes under running water before slicing up.
2. Go seed of the red and green pepper, rinse and thinly slice up.
3. Heat the olive oil in a wok, drop in garlic slices and stir till fragrant, then blend with green and red pepper slices, Bolete slices and toss about for 3 minutes over medium and high heat.
4. Lower to soft heat, cover the wok and go on for another 2 minutes or so. Then season with a pinch of salt and sprinkle with a spoonful of light soy sauce. Serve and enjoy.
