This mushroom recipe might suit your taste

Ingredients:
150g King oyster mushrooms
100g Oyster mushrooms
100g Shiitake mushrooms
Auxiliary ingredients:
10g ginger slices
10g chopped onion
Condiments: Cooking wine, light and dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, chicken powder, pepper powder

Directions:
1.Remove the bottom portion of Shiitake mushroom, cut the root of King oyster mushroom, then respectively dice up.
2.Cut the root of Oyster mushroom and tear into slices.
3.In a oil wok, add all the mushrooms and fry till light golden, then ladle out and set aside.
4.In a wok, add oil, then add chopped onion, ginger slices and stir-fry till fragrant, then combine with a spoonful of cooking wine, bowls of water, bringing to a boil.
5.Let fried mushrooms join in, lower the heat and maintain it for 5 minutes.
6.If desired, finally thicken it with the mixture of water and starch. Serve and enjoy.
