Ingredients:
A bundle of spinach
200g Pleurotus nebrodensis
Minced garlic
Condiments: Oyster sauce, olive oil, salt, sugar
Cooking directions:
1. Remove the root of spinach, go blanching and remove with a slotted spoon, then cut into segments.
2. Rinse Pleurotus nebrodensis off and coarsely cut into thick slices.
3. In a plate, place spinach segments on the bottom.
4. In a wok, add oil, when hot, drop in minced garlic and stir till fragrant. Then blend with Pleurotus nebrodensis slices, season to taste with oyster sauce, a pinch of salt and sugar according to your preference, stirring evenly.
5. Finally pour fried Pleurotus nebrodensis slices on top of spinach segments. Serve.
