Ingredients:
A stick of celery
A handful of fresh Straw mushrooms
Minced garlic
Condiments: Oil and salt
Cooking Procedures:
1. Rinse the celery and then cut it into segments.
2. Rinse Straw mushrooms off, go blanching and then cut in halves.
3. In a wok, add oil, when hot, drop in minced garlic and fry till fragrant, then blend with celery segments and frequently toss for at least 2 minutes. After that, combine with Straw mushrooms and stir for another 3 minutes or so.
4. Lightly season to taste with a dash of salt. Serve.
