A great recipe for kids to make: Fried Eryngii mushroom with sweet corn and vegetables

Ingredients:
1 Eryngii mushroom
100g frozen sweet corns
1 green pepper
1 carrot
A few garlic slices
Condiments: Salt, oil and light soy sauce

Procedures:
1. Rinse Eryngii mushroom, cut off the bottom portion and cut the body into dices. 
2. Peel the carrot, go seed of the green pepper and then respectively dice up.
3. Unfreeze sweet corns in advance and keep aside.
4. In a wok, add oil, when hot, drop in garlic slices and fry till fragrant, then combine with carrot dices, sweet corns and frequently stir-fry for 1 minute or so.
5. Blend with diced Eryngii mushroom, sprinkle a pinch of salt and toss till mushroom dices are soft. After that, let green pepper dices join in and go on the heat till all ingredients are cooked through.
6. Season with a tsp light soy sauce and stir evenly. Serve and enjoy.
