Now it is the fruiting time of Morel mushroom in 20,000 mu of area in the county

On March 19, in Xunhao Family Farm located in Hongliang Village, Jintang County, Chengdu City of China, Morel mushrooms are in good fruiting trend.

“In 2019, fruiting time of Morel mushroom was started in February, by now, over 100 kg of fresh Morel mushrooms have been sold out, by the end of this year, the expected gross output hits at least 20,000 kg in over 100 mu of growing area,”introduces principal of Xunhao Family Farm with enthusiasm.

Jintang County is built with China’s earliest mushroom base that plunges into commercial and large-scale Morel mushroom cultivation, Morels cultivated within the county are thick in character, attractive in appearance and high in quality. In addition, fruiting time of Morel mushroom in Jintang County is earlier than that in other provinces and cities of China.

Up to January of 2019, gross area for Morel mushroom growing has totaled over 20,000 mu in Jintang County, Morel mushroom products are preferred by consumers in Singapore, France and other international markets.
