Fresh mushroom recipe: Fried Oyster mushroom with green and Asparagus lettuce

Ingredients:
1 stick of Asparagus lettuce
1-2 clusters of Oyster mushroom
Minced garlic
Condiments: Oil, potato flour and salt

Directions:
1. Peel the Asparagus lettuce and cut into slices. Rinse Oyster mushroom off and tear into pieces.
2. In a hot wok, add oil, drop in minced garlic and frequently stir over high heat, then blend with Asparagus lettuce slices, Oyster mushroom pieces and toss for 3-5 minutes.
3. Sprinkle with a pinch of salt to season, finally thicken it with the mixture of water and starch if you like. Serve.
