Ingredients:
A green pepper
A handful of dried Agrocybe cylindracea
Minced garlic and bruised ginger
Condiments: Salt and chicken powder
Cooking directions:
1. Go seed of green pepper, then rinse and cut into thick slices.
2. Rinse Agrocybe cylindracea off, trim and cut into segments.
3. Heat the wok, add oil, when hot, drop in minced garlic, bruised ginger and fry till fragrant, then combine with Agrocybe cylindracea segments and frequently toss for 3-4 minutes, finally add sliced green pepper, season with a dash of salt, chicken powder and mix well. Finally go on the heat for 2 minutes. Serve.
