Ingredients:
1 cucumber
1 Eryngii mushroom
Condiments: Salt, chicken powder, oil
Easy-to-follow procedures:
1. Rinse the cucumber and Eryngii mushroom, roughly cut into slices and set aside.
2. Heat the wok, add oil, once hot, drop in Eryngii mushroom slices, cucumber slices and stir on high heat.
3. Adjust the taste with a pinch of salt, chicken powder and stir well. Enjoy.
