Ingredients:
2-3 tomatoes
8 Straw mushrooms
Condiments: Oil, cooking wine, soy sauce and salt
Steps:
1. Rinse Straw mushrooms off and then cut in halves.
2. In a wok filled with boiling water, go blanching of tomatoes and quickly remove with a slotted spoon. Then get rid of the peel and cut into chunks.
3. In a hot wok, add oil, drop in Straw mushrooms and toss frequently for 3-5 minutes or so over high heat, then combine with tomato chunks and stir till soft.
4. Season with a tsp of cooking wine, soy sauce and a pinch of salt, mix well before turning off the heat. Serve and enjoy.
