Ingredients:
1 King oyster mushroom
A green and red pepper
Minced garlic
Condiments: Seafood sauce and olive oil
Steps:
1. Go seed of the green and red pepper, rinse off and dice up.
2. Rinse the King oyster mushroom off and cut into dices.
3. In a hot wok, add olive oil, drop in minced garlic and frequently toss over high flame. Then drop in King oyster mushroom dices, add a tsp of seafood sauce and stir evenly. When soft, blend with diced peppers and go on the heat for 2-3 minutes. Enjoy.
