Ingredients:
1 broccoli
3 dried Shiitake mushrooms
A suspicion of bruised ginger
Procedures:
1. Soak dried Shiitake mushrooms ahead of time, tear into small pieces or portions.
2. Rinse the broccoli, break into chunks and set aside.
3. In a wok, add oil, when hot, drop in bruised ginger and toss frequently over high heat, then blend with broccoli chunks and fry for 3 minutes. Combine with half bowl of water, let Shiitake pieces join in and maintain for another 2 minutes or so. Serve.
