Indulge yourself at breakfast: Fried Black fungus with eggs and onion

Ingredients: 
2 eggs
A handful of Black fungi
An onion
Condiments: Oil, salt and light soy sauce

Cooking steps: 
1. Soak Black fungi ahead of time, then thoroughly rinse to remove the impurities and set aside.
2. Peel the onion and roughly slice up.
3. Break eggs in a bowl and then scatter evenly.
4. In a wok, add oil, when hot, pour in egg liquid and stir till caky, then remove from the heat and into the bowl.
5. Heat a drizzle of oil in the wok again, once hot, drop in onion slices, Black fungi and toss frequently over high heat, add a dash of salt and mix well. After that, let scrambled eggs join in and keep the heat for above 2 minutes. Serve.
