Ingredients:
3 eggs
3 dried Shiitake mushrooms
A handful of chopped shallot
Condiments: Salt, sugar, light soy sauce and sesame oil
Cooking steps:
1. Soak dried Shiitake mushrooms ahead of time, cut into slices or dices.
2. In a bowl, beaten the eggs, drop in Shiitake mushroom dices, soaking liquid of Shiitake mushroom, and season with a dash of salt, sugar and whisk evenly.
3. Remove the bowl into a steamer, turn on the heat and go on for 10 minutes over medium and soft heat.
4. Scatter with a handful of chopped shallot and maintain for another 5 minutes.
5. Drizzle with light soy sauce and sesame oil. Serve and enjoy.
