Ingredients:
2 Button mushrooms
1 Cucurbita pepo L.
A handful of chopped onion and minced garlic
Condiments: Salt and oil
Cooking directions:
1. Rinse Button mushrooms and Cucurbita pepo L. off, respectively slice up.
2. In a wok, add oil, drop in chopped onion, minced garlic and stir till fragrant, then blend with sliced Button mushrooms and toss about for 2-3 minutes. After that, let sliced Cucurbita pepo L. join in and go on the heat for another 3 minutes or so.
3. Sprinkle with a pinch of salt to season and mix evenly. Serve and enjoy.
