Ingredients:
1 tomato
2 Eryngii mushrooms
Condiments: Oil, oyster sauce and salt
Cooking steps:
1. Cut off the bottom portion of Eryngii mushroom, cut into thick slices and put aside.
2. Rinse the tomato and cut into chunks.
3. In a hot wok, add a drizzle of oil, drop in sliced Eryngii mushroom and fry till both sides are golden, then combine with tomato chunks and frequently toss over high heat.
4. Blend with half bowl of water, a tsp of oyster sauce and mix evenly, when evaporated, add a pinch of salt. Enjoy.
