Ingredients:
200g White mushrooms
20g minced garlic
20g chopped shallot
Condiments: Oyster sauce and salt
Easy cooking steps:
1. Rinse White mushrooms off and slice up.
2. In a wok, heat the oil, when hot, drop in minced garlic, chopped shallot and stir till fragrant, then blend with sliced White mushrooms, add a tsp of oyster sauce and frequently toss over fierce flame for 3 minutes or so.
3. When mushrooms are soft, sprinkle with a dash of salt and mix evenly, garnish with a handful of chopped shallot if you like. Enjoy.
