Ingredients:
A handful of Oudemansiella raphanipes
A carrot
An asparagus
Condiments: Oil and salt
Directions:
1. Rinse Oudemansiella raphanipes off, peel the carrot and cut into strips, cut the asparagus into strips.
2. In a hot wok, add a drizzle of oil, when hot, drop in asparagus strips, carrot strips, Oudemansiella raphanipes and frequently stir over fierce flame for 3 minutes. Then sprinkle with a dash of salt and mix well. Serve. (Source: dianping.)
