Ingredients:
A handful of Black fungi and crushed peanuts
Condiments: Salt, sugar, vinegar, light soy sauce, olive oil
Easy-to-follow steps:
1. Soak dried Black fungi ahead of time, then go blanching, remove with a slotted spoon and set aside in a large bowl. Top with a handful of crushed peanuts if you like.
2. In a bowl, prepare the dipping with a pinch of salt and sugar, a tsp of vinegar, olive oil and stir evenly. Serve and enjoy.
