Ingredients:
A pack of Enoki mushroom
A carrot
A suspicion of minced garlic
Condiments: Salt, sugar, soy sauce, light soy sauce, vinegar
Steps:
1. Peel the carrot, rinse and then thinly cut into slices.
2. Cut the root of Enoki mushroom, break apart the stuck-together stem pieces from each other by hand.
3. In a hot wok, add oil, when hot, drop in minced garlic and stir till fragrant, then blend with carrot slices, Enoki mushroom and frequently toss over medium and high flame for 3-5 minutes.
4. Adjust the taste with a tbs of light soy sauce, soy sauce and vinegar, scatter with a dash of salt and sugar, mix evenly before turning off the heat. Enjoy.
