Stomach nourishment: Spinach porridge with diced Oyster mushrooms

Ingredients: 
100g rice
100g Oyster mushrooms
100g spinach
a bowl of chicken broth, preferably homemade
A dash of salt

Steps:
1. Cut off the root of spinach and Oyster mushroom, thoroughly rinse off, cut into dices and set aside.
2. Rinse the rice, remove into an electric cooker and cook till porridge is done.
3. Combine with a bowl of chicken broth, drop in diced spinach, Oyster mushroom and let sit for another 10 minutes over soft flame.
4. Season to taste with a dash of salt and mix well. Serve.
