Ingredients:
A stick of celery
A handful of fresh Straw mushrooms
5g minced garlic
Condiments: Oil and salt
Procedures:
1. Rinse the celery, remove the fibre and then cut it into segments.
2. Rinse Straw mushrooms off, after going blanching, cut in halves.
3. In a wok, heat the oil, once hot, add minced garlic and fry till fragrant, then drop in celery segments and saute for 2 minutes.
4. Combine with Straw mushrooms and go on for another 5 minutes.
5. Lightly adjust the taste with a pinch of salt. Serve and enjoy.
