Recipe of the week: Fried Porcini mushroom with all sorts of vegetables

Ingredients:
4 water chestnuts
1 carrot
1 ternip
5 okras
1-2 Porcini mushrooms
Condiments: Oil, salt and sugar

Cooking steps:
1. Peel the water chestnuts, cut into thick slices and set aside.
2. Remove the root of Porcini mushrooms, then cut into portions or any shape you like.
3. Peel the carrot, ternip and respectively cut into slices and strips.
4. Rinse okras off and coarsely dice up.
5. In a wok filled with oil, when hot, drop in Porcini mushroom portions and let sit for 2 minutes, then remove with a slotted spoon. 
6. Leave a little oil in the wok, add carrot slices, Porcini mushrooms, ternip strips and stir-fry for 3-5 minutes. Then combine with water chestnut slices, diced okras and toss about for 3 minutes over high flame. After that, lower to medium and soft heat and season with a pinch of salt, sugar and mix evenly. Enjoy.
