Ingredients:
Half a pumpkin
3-5 Shiitake mushrooms
A handful of chopped shallot
Condiments: Salt, light soy sauce, pepper powder
Steps:
1. Peel the pumpkin, go seed of it and roughly cut into dices.
2. Remove the bottom portion of Shiitake mushroom, rinse the caps and slice up.
3. Heat the wok, add oil, when hot, drop in sliced Shiitake mushrooms, diced pumpkin and stir frequently over medium and high flame. Then combine with a bowl of water, lower to soft flame, cover the wok and maintain the heat for another 2-3 minutes till evaporated.
4. Adjust the taste with a pinch of salt and pepper powder, sprinkle with a tsp of light soy sauce. Serve and enjoy.
