Ingredients:
A tomato
A handful of corn kernels
A cluster of Oyster mushrooms
A few chopped shallot
Condiments: Oil and salt
Cooking steps:
1. Rinse the tomato off, cut into chunks and put aside.
2. Remove the root of Oyster mushroom and rinse.
3. In a wok, add oil, when hot, drop in chopped shallot and stir till fragrant, then blend with tomato chunks and toss frequently till thick.
4. Let Oyster mushrooms, corn kernels join in and combine with several bowls of water, bringing into a boil.
5. Before serving, sprinkle with a pinch of salt to season.
