Ingredients:
A pack of White beech and Crab mushroom
A cucumber
A handful of chopped onion
Condiments: Oyster sauce and salt
Easy-to-follow cooking method:
1. Cut off the root of White beech and Crab mushroom, rinse off and set aside. Cut the cucumber into strips.
2. In a wok, add a drizzle of oil, when hot, drop in chopped onion and toss about till fragrant, then blend with White beech and Crab mushrooms, cucumber strips and frequently stir till mushrooms are soft, about 3-5 minutes.
3. Season to taste with oyster sauce and a pinch of salt. Serve.
