Ingredients:
A carrot
A green pepper
A stick of celery
A bowl of overnight rice
Condiments: Matsutake sauce, light soy sauce
Cooking steps:
1. Peel the carrot and roughly dice up. Go seed of the green pepper and dice up as well. Trim the celery and coarsely cut into dices.
2. In a wok, add oil, once hot, drop in diced carrot, green pepper and stir till fragrant, then blend with a spoonful of Matsutake sauce and fry evenly.
3. Combine with rice and frequently mix well with all ingredients. Sprinkle with light soy sauce to season. Serve and enjoy.
