Ingredients:
A chunk of bean curd
A handful of Black fungi and chopped shallot
Condiments: Shiitake sauce, light soy sauce and sugar
Directions:
1. Soak Black fungi in water till soft in advance , rinse off to remove the impurities and set aside. Cut bean curd into thick pieces.
2. In a wok, add oil, once hot, add bean curd pieces and stir over medium and soft heat till golden, then turn over and do the same. After that, blend with Black fungi, season with a tablespoon of Shiitake sauce, a teaspoon of light soy sauce, a pinch of sugar and mix evenly.
3. Combine with half bowl of water, cover the wok and simmer for 3 minutes or so till evaporated.
4. Scatter with a handful of chopped shallot to garnish, enjoy.
