Ingredients:
300g fresh Straw mushrooms
Half a red and green pepper
A few onion slices and thinly-sliced ginger
Condiments: Peanut oil, oyster sauce, sugar and cooking wine
Cooking directions:
1. Rinse Straw mushrooms off, go blanching and then cut into halves. Remove the seed of red, green pepper and slice up.
2. In a bowl, combine with a spoonful of oyster sauce, cooking wine, a dash of sugar and blend evenly.
3. In a hot wok, add oil, drop in onion slices, thinly-sliced ginger and toss till fragrant. Combine with Straw mushrooms and stir till soft and moisture exudes over high flame.
4. Lower to medium heat, blend with previously-prepared condiments and stir well. Cover the wok and simmer for 1-2 minutes.
5. Finally let red and green pepper slices join in and let sit for 1-2 minutes. Enjoy.
