Ingredients:
150g White beech mushrooms
1 tomato
A handful of chopped shallots
Condiments: Salt, black pepper powder
Easy-to-follow steps:
1. Cut the root of White beech mushrooms, rinse off and put aside.
2. In a wok filled with 2 bowls of hot water, add the tomato and let it sit for 1 minute, then remove the peel and cut into dices.
3. In a hot wok, add oil, drop in diced tomato and stir till thick, then invite White beech mushrooms and go on over 3 minutes or so.
4. Blend with bowls of water and bring into a boil.
5. Season to taste with a dash of salt and black pepper powder. Serve.
