Ingredients:
1 celery
Half a carrot
A handful of Oyster mushrooms
A few garlic slices and bruised ginger
Condiments: Salt and oyster sauce
Cooking procedures:
1. Trim the celery, remove the fibre and cut into slices.
2. Peel the carrot, cut into strips and set aside.
3. Remove the root of Oyster mushroom and break into individuals.
4. In a wok, add oil, once hot, drop in garlic slices, bruised ginger and stir till fragrant, then blend with carrot strips, Oyster mushrooms and go on for another 2-3 minutes.
5. Season to taste with a pinch of salt and a spoonful of oyster sauce. Enjoy.
